Before requesting a refund please contact us about any issues you have so we can try to help you. Most issues can be resolved quickly, and we're happy to help.
Guarantee and Refund
At Blitz Growth your satisfaction is important to us. While we cannot guarantee the results of the traffic in terms of conversions, revenue, or sales, due to those factors being beyond our control, we do guarantee that you will not be charged more than the threshold amount you have selected when you purchased one of our plans. Additionally, you will not pay for impressions, just the amount of clicks/sessions that appear in your GA4 account from Blitz Growth AI.
While we do not typically offer a refund in the form of cash, we are happy to offer you a credit for the same plan you purchased if you are dissatisfied. Remember though, you are not paying for a certain conversion rate, but the clicks, sessions and traffic, and by proxy the engagement, that Blitz Growth AI drives to your website(s).
If there is an egregious error on our part, such as our AI targeting the wrong URL (which has never happened), but if something like this scenario played out, and we did not catch it for the entire 30 day window (which again has never happened), in a case such as this, we would refund your entire purchase. However, you not having tracking set up correctly, or if you were hoping for a certain conversion rate and you didn't achieve it, does not constitute a refund of your purchase, but we can discuss giving you a credit to see if we can better optimize on your behalf going forward to meet your needs. We strive to make all of our customers happy, and we want to see their businesses succeed.

Refund Policy
You can request a refund if 60 days have passed and you have not received at least 51% of the threshold you set when you purchased your plan. For example, if you requested a threshold of 20k clicks, and you have not seen at least 10,200 clicks/sessions showing in GA4 from Blitz Growth after 60 days, then you are eligible to request a refund.
Once we verify that you did not receive at least 51% of your set threshold that you paid for we will issue a refund of the amount already paid to Blitz Growth, minus the initial plan setup fee (the dollar amount you see for each plan on our pricing page) as this amount is used to start and run our programmatic ads on your behalf and cannot be retrieved by us once we start it. Typically this takes between 15-30 days, but we try not to delay any verified refunds, and will expedite your refund as quickly as possible.
If for some reason your clicks/sessions don't go through due to technical issues on our end we will investigate and try to find a solution. If no solution can be reached we will issue a refund for the portion that you paid for.
Because we do not require long-term contracts, there is no cancellation policy when working with Blitz Growth. If for some reason you no longer want or can't receive traffic to your designated website during your traffic run, or can not pay your balance we can pause our AI on your behalf, and work to deliver the remainder of your traffic once you have a new or working URL, or are able to pay your balance should that be the case. Any unpaid balance will carry over with a 7.2% interest rate each month the balance is not paid. We will however NOT issue a refund in the case that you voluntarily choose to end your purchased plan early, and it is your responsibility to make sure your website is working properly and can receive traffic, as well as making sure your tracking is set up properly in GA4 AND that Blitz Growth AI has viewing access to GA4 so that we can also track your clicks/session and make changes to your campaigns if necessary.
